Please keep your headbands away from water to ensure long lasting wear.

Occasionally clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Our jewellery won't tarnish easy in water or perfume but we still recommend you handle them with care and avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals as much as possible.

Storage

Please store your hedbands in a dry place, away from sharp objects and metals that migh snag or rip the fabric. Also avoid storing them in direct sunlight because the colours might fade overtime.

We recommend storing your 'Als jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Humidity and heat may cause tarnishing over time. The best place to store your jewellery is in a jewellery box or our velvet jewellery pouches. Please avoid storing your jewellery with other metals, sharp objects or other jewellery to avoid tangling, scratching or breaking them.

Materials

'Als jewellery is made from stainless steel, an affordable yet long lasting material that is hypoallergenic, durable and tarnish-resistant.

We use natural seashells, Freshwater Pearls and Semi-precious / Healing crystals and stones.

Some of our jewellery might contain 18k gold plated brass parts. This will be stated on the item's description. We test our brass findings and charms in water and perfume to ensure a long lasting shine but we recommend you handle those pieces with extra care as the gold plating might fade in water overtime.

Warranty

We offer a 6 month warranty on all jewellery items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear or tarnishing due to improper care. Please refer to our care instructions above for general care instructions.

In case of any faulty goods please contact us with a photo and your online order number. Items will be repaired or replaced.
