Do my items come with warranty?
Yes all 'Als Jewellery and Accessories come with a 6 months warranty.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we can customize the size, colours or materials of our designs or create something entirely new just for you! For a custom order email us at mj.als.thelabel@gmail.com
Are your designs available for wholesale?
Yes, please find our wholesale section and contact form in the footer menu at the bottom of our website.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Your jewellery is made of stainless steel and semi precious natural stones and seashells. All of our materials are waterproof and have been tested in showers, perfumes and the ocean. Even thought they won't tarnish easy, we recommend taking good care of them and avoiding water when possible.
Who makes my 'Als pieces?
We source our5 materials from trusted suppliers and create our designs locally in Greece and Australia. Your 'Als jewellery will be created in the Sunshine Coast by me, MJ, and your headbands are shipped all the way from my Georgia's, my mum, workshop in Greece. We soon hope to expand our team and work with more talented creatives!
