Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via your elected shipping service.

We create our jewellery on demand to avoid product waste so please allow some time for your order to be made by hand just for you! If we need more than three days to prepare your order we will let you know via email.

Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

Free for orders over $100

$8 on Standard Post / 3 - 5 business days

Economy

$5 Untracked Post / 3 - 5 business days

Express Shipping

Free for orders over $200

$13 / 1 - 3 business days

International

We can ship to most locations globally. All international deliveries incur a cost of $25. Average packages are being delivered within 2-3 weeks, though some delays may occur due to situations out of our control.

Returns

Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date.

Your purchase can be returned for a credit voucher or refund for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. 

Returns aren't allowed for 'change of mind' on purchases of sale items, unless you require an alternative ring size, in which case a credit voucher will be issued.  Returns are allowed for full priced items purchased during a storewide discount.

Purchases for custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

If your jewellery matches the above conditions, please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will guide through the return process.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 5 business days.
